Catholic Charities’ counselors offer services that are confidential, professional, holistic, and affordable to heal the mind, body, and spirit for individual, couple, and family therapy, marriage counseling, abuse issues, addictions, anxiety, depression, stress management, anger issues, grief and loss, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and adjustment to parenthood.
Licensed counselors are ready to help anyone struggling with mental health issues in a comfortable and safe environment without judgment. Counselors work hard to provide meaningful help that is appropriate.
Counseling services are offered to both the insured and uninsured with most insurance providers accepted including Medicaid, CHIP, and HMO. If you do not have insurance or counseling is not covered by your insurance, our programs utilizes an income-based sliding scale fee system for you to get quality, affordable counseling services.
Catholic Charities’ Counseling has a main office at 231 W. Commerce with multiple satellite offices around the city. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am-6pm; Tuesday and Thursday, 10am-7pm; and Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm. Bilingual counselors are available on request. Free counseling for pregnant and parenting families with children under the age of three. Please do not let payment be a deterrent if you need help.
