Refugee Services work together to provide a welcoming atmosphere for newcomer and resettled refugees through the promotion of community integration, advocacy, education, and the forging of new pathways that lead towards a life of self sufficiency.
Our agency works diligently to place newcomers on a path to self-sufficiency through a variety of programs:
Preferred Communities – Intensive Case Management
Refugee Health Promotion – support emotional well-being, promote mental health awareness, and create safe spaces for connection
Refugee Support Services – employment, vocational training, education, social adjustment, integration services, and Citizenship service
School Impact Program – school tutoring to children and services to ensure promotion to the next grade level
Youth Mentoring Program – services for youth ages 15-24 years providing educational case management and employment career pathways
